There is no list of peer-reviewed or refereed journals in PubMed or MEDLINE. You cannot limit your search to peer-reviewed journals in either of these databases.

According to the National Institute of Health: "Most journals indexed for PubMed are peer-reviewed or refereed, but peer review criteria and reviewer or referee qualifications vary. Check a journal's editorial information or ask the publisher if you question a specific journal title."
