When you see the option Reference Available it means that these articles list all the sources (references) used and consulted when writing the article. In EBSCO it's called References Available, but in the articles themselves, it could be listed as References, Bibliography, Works Cited, Sources, or other things. The articles listed were used when writing the article and can usually be found at the end of the article. 

It'll benefit your research when you find article that lists references because you know where the author(s) got their information and that helps you evaluate how good a source it is.
