One easy way to find book chapters online is by searching eBooks in the JSTOR database.

To access JSTOR, go to the library's website and click on databases.
Select JSTOR under Popular Databases
In JSTOR, hover over Search and select Advanced Search
On the advanced search screen, enter in your search terms
Below Narrow Results, select Books under Item Type.
