JSTOR creates citations in MLA, APA, and Chicago. Once you complete your search in JSTOR:

Look to the right on the result list or above the selected article
Click on "Cite this Item"
Copy a citation to the clipboard icon and paste it into your document

You can also export directly to your RefWorks account.
