Q. Where can I find SEC filings?

EDGAR: The SEC Search Portal (located on the A-Z Database page) provides access to all required filings, including the 10-K report, registration statements, and periodic reports.  

EDGAR: The SEC Search Portalal begins in 1994; older statements can be found on Mergent Online (a database listed on the A-Z database page).

On Mergent Online, enter a company's name in the "Basic Search" and then click the Annual Reports tab on the top of the company page. 

Many companies also provide access to their annual reports on their websites. This information is usually found under the Investor Relations tab on the company website.
